The famous monument of the National Hero of the Philippines, Dr. Jose P. Rizal in the beautiful Luneta Park. I was able to visit the place before attending the Aliwan Festival 2011 to cover the event for our company's festivals website. It is really a remarkable opportunity to be able to see this place and become proud as a Filipino citizen.
Of course, visiting Manila will also give you the chance to see the Manila Hotel, which is one of the best hotels in the country and had already hosted numerous notable personalities across the globe. By the way, the hotel is situated besides the Luneta Park near the port area where the floating casino is located as well.
At night, tourists will definitely enjoy the newly renovated colorful musical fountain because the different sizes of lights move while the music is playing. Bringing your entire family here will certainly make them truly feel satisfied, especially the kids who can roam around the place safely. In addition, there are stalls around the area that offer foods, souvenir items and more.
